We hand-check all our shoes before dispatch, however, if there is a problem with the product, or you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund.
If the item ordered is not the right size, you can also exchange it for another size.
In both cases please send the product back to the nearest SYOU address within 10 days of reception. Please contact us via email at
customerservice@syou.com before sending it, you will get a reference number. All products must be packed in their original packaging complete with all original accessories that were included. We recommend to wrap the box, and when you write the reference number and address you can't damage the box.
Provided the product arrives in its original, unworn condition, we are happy to refund the full purchase amount within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note that return costs will be at your expense and the products are your responsibility until they reach us.
