COLOMBIA

Comercial Manager (Bogotá)

Position:
- Overall management of our growing SYOU&Colombia team
- Strong commercial focus & business scene
- Growing the online & offline presence of SYOU in Colombia and increasing its exports at the same time
- Ensuring our social impact & national ecological footprint
- Strategic brand & marketing guidance of SYOU&Colombia
- Relationship management / Build out partnership organisations of SYOU
- Recruitment, human resource management and building out our team
- Representation of the SYOU&Colombia ideology on a national and international level

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 year work experience in managerial roles / relevant jobs (preferably in the fashion industry)
- Preferred background: Academic International business / relations
- Team-player
- Leadership / managerial skills
- Organised, planning skills
- Commercial / business-financial focused
- Affinity with social impact / fair trade / country branding Colombia
- Connector / Networker
- Pro-active / assertive / independent
- Internationally minded but strong focus on Colombian heritage as well,
- Roll up the sleeves-mentality
- Native Spanish & fluent English (writing & speaking)
